On the date from 11.10. - 22.10.2023 a fitness training took place in Tatranská Lomnica. At the beginning of the training camp, the players completed testing that focused on body composition, quality of movement, strength, endurance, speed of change of direction and explosiveness. The main objective of the testing was to determine how players manage certain skills and physical abilities that are important for success. In this way, it is possible to optimize the training progress and at the same time to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the players. The main goal of fitness camp was the development of basic fitness skills. At the same time, at the fitness training, they also focused on footwork, "dexterity" and coordination. A large part consisted of compensatory exercises and training of high-quality movement patterns. As part of endurance, several mountain hikes were completed. Every day, our trainers had a topic of the day prepared, where important components of physical training were discussed.
