MINI TENNIS CAMP IN PUCHOV

On February 8-10, 2023, a mini tennis training camp was held at the Sport Aqua Púchov tennis complex, where the players had all the conditions for tennis and fitness training. Players from the Plíšková Academy took part in the training session, which arrived on the basis of a rematch between HTS and the Plíšková Academy. The content of the tennis camp and organization was for the children to have training matches with each other in singles, doubles and mixed doubles. On the first day, the players trained among themselves under the supervision of HTS coaches - Emil Miške, Pal Krta, Matej Lipták and Filip Polášek. Before each training session, the players warmed up under the supervision of HTS fitness coach Peter Lopata, who also led the recovery part of the day. Subsequently, the players had an organized and prepared psychological lecture led by Tomáš Gurský. The matches themselves took place on the second and third day of the training camp. The matches ended with the result 17-13 in favor of the HTS players. The training camp met the expectations of both players and coaches, as many high-quality training matches took place in a favorable atmosphere.
