MINI TENNIS CAMP AT TK SLOVAN BRATISLAVA

One of the series of mini tennis training sessions took place on the tennis courts of TK Slovan Bratislava on July 1 - July 3, 2022. New players were invited to the training session, all shots were monitored and individual game activities were determined. The trainings were adapted to the individual needs of the players, they played training matches with each other, which were filmed on video and then their video analysis was made. From the point of view of physical training, the focus was on practicing movement sterotypes, the correct technique of movements and exercises. Also for a proper warm-up before training, for compensatory and stretching routines.
