HTS WORKSHOP FOR COACHES

On 17/12/2022, Saturday, an all-day workshop for tennis coaches took place in the club Tk Slovan Bratislava. The workshop was led by: Filip Polášek, Marián Vajda, Pavol Krta, Emil Miške, Peter Lopata and Tomáš Gurský. The seminar was divided into two parts: theoretical and practical part (on the court). The wide and varied program consisted of tennis, fitness and psychological preparation. From the theoretical part we introduced, The basic principles of Let's play tennis Slovakia, The methodological structure of the microcycle, The starting points for creating a training plan, and the theoretical part was enriched with a psychological topic: Coaching. After the lunch break, the trainers and lecturers moved to the courts, where the theoretical knowledge was transferred to the practical part: Effectiveness of the training, Demonstration of each phase from the methodological structure of the microcycle. At the end of the workshop, there was place for various questions, suggestions and discussions.

We are very happy that the participation in the workshop was very high!
